The firm began in 2016 as a focused Atlanta real estate effort. Through selective development and acquisitions, and hands-on value-add work, the portfolio grew year over year across units and assets under management.
Today the platform includes ~$500M in portfolio value and more than 3,400 units under management, with the same emphasis on underwriting discipline and execution.
