Mendel Chazanow

CEO & Co-founder

Founder and owner Mendel has successfully renovated and re-tenanted over 4,000 units in primary markets. Mendel started by seizing an opportunity to source and renovate distressed residential properties in core markets during the subprime crisis, partnering with investment firms specializing in distressed multifamily properties in New York. He then formed Diamond in the metro Atlanta area, where he actively grew the portfolio to more than 2,000 units with a market value of $250 million. Along with his Atlanta projects, Mendel seeks new opportunities to expand the portfolio. He is focused on creating beautiful, safe housing at an affordable cost.

Max New

COO & Co-founder

Max always had a natural knack for numbers, and his accounting background has been a tremendous asset as he transitioned to property management. As one of the founding members of Diamond National Investments, Max quickly demonstrated his skills at achieving profitability, overseeing the construction and re-tenanting 48 percent of his first Diamond property. Max also successfully negotiated rental contracts for 20 percent above the market rate, continuing to apply these strategies to his following projects. These skills were demonstrated as he oversaw the portfolio's growth since 2016. His primary focus is the development and detailed management of DNI’s assets to ensure the long-term stability and growth of the portfolio.

Frank Tredici

Chief Financial Officer

Frank brings over 30 years of Wall Street experience to his role as Chief Financial Officer at Diamond National Investments. A hands-on leader with deep expertise in regulatory capital compliance, financial reporting, and capital management, Frank has played a pivotal role in transforming finance functions at some of the world's leading financial institutions-including Morgan Stanley, Citigroup, Credit Suisse, and UBS. Known for his unique ability to bridge accounting strategy with IT systems, Frank has consistently delivered best-in-class financial infrastructures that support growth, transparency, and operational excellence. At Diamond National Investments, he works closely with the leadership team to ensure strong financial oversight, regulatory compliance, and long-term investment performance.

Esti Chazanow

Director of Operations

Esti Chazanow leads Diamond National Investments, emphasizing operational efficiency while fostering a community-oriented culture across DNI and its holdings. Previously, Esti co-founded and managed LIV Swiss Watches, where she successfully built the brand into a leader in the accessible Swiss watch market. Known for her passion for driving efficiencies across organizations, Esti consistently enhances service quality and operational effectiveness. In her role at DNI, she is dedicated to creating streamlined processes and fostering a supportive environment to ensure the highest returns for investors.

Olga Bolton

Controller

Olga oversees all accounting and corporate support activities. With over 15 years of experience in the accounting field, she's responsible for month-end and year-end close procedures, budget forecasting, and managing cash flows. Her primary focus is on providing reliable estimates and accurate financials. Her attention to strong internal controls, timely financial reporting, and reliable forecasting are critical components of Diamond National Investments' success and ongoing growth.

Zalman Bernstein

VP of Acquisitions

Zalman started property management in 2014 by managing several multi-family rent-stabilized units in New York. His experience working with New York’s Division of Housing and Community Renewal and the New York Housing Preservation & Development proved invaluable. While managing over 20 New York properties, Zalman gained experience and knowledge in all aspects of multi-family property management, and his attention to detail and thoroughness made his transition to real estate contracts a natural one. Zalman is crucial to DNI’s successful expansion, focusing on underwriting and negotiating new opportunities. He successfully oversaw over $315M in loans and currently leads a department that services over $200M in debt.
